Ok here is the final version of the model... that is until I get any ideas to make it better 
Original gun concept that I came up with, Silenced sniper rifle that uses sabot type ammunition. Has a rotating bolt that spins to feed and eject the shell, because of the unique bolt the rifle needs to dampen recoil somehow, so I added a hydraulic spring and pad onto the back of the gun in order to reduce the recoil of the shot.
Made in Max in a few hours, I hate how max models, such a pain in the ass cause its not streamlined... the simplest tasks can take forever compared to a stronger modeling app like XSI.

Creates a good, solid feeling^^ Is there just one leg of the bipod?
If interested, i guess it would be even more perfect by smoothing the construction lines. And for streamlied work i love to use SketchUp(free version) which is very cool and intuitiv, but in final graphic rendering limited. Blender(freeware) is also a bit a pain in the ass for building, but perfect to export, animate or render.
